Power Hour

Power Hour is a bootcamp style, circuit training class. A variety of weighted exercises paired with cardio endurance, agility, body weight exercises and core will get you sweatin! Suitable for ALL fitness experience levels, from a beginner that's never stepped foot in a gym to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Each station (excluding the core) is a single participant station so the only competition is with yourself! A 10 minute warm up will be held prior to the start time, followed by one full hour of class. This class is located at Anytime Fitness West Park and you’ll need to bring an exercise/yoga mat.

WARRIOR weight lifting

Have you ever bench pressed? Done a pull up? Maybe you've never squated in a cage or tried deadlifting. Those movements can be very intimidating if you don’t know what you’re doing, so this is where you learn how. In WWL you will learn tons of new weighted exercises. Each class will focus on 1-2 muscle groups, learning the technique and form of the exercise and how to set it up and take it down so when you do it at the gym, you'll have the full confidence to do so. WWL is single station exercises, meaning, when you are performing an exercise, you are the only one doing it while everyone else is also at their own stations doing other exercises. No experience needed, suitable for all fitness levels, women 18+. A 10 minute warm up will be held prior to the start time followed by one full hour of class. I recommend only attending this class once per calendar week. *Participants must be injury free**

1 Weight Lifting Class | $30

Mat Pilates

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this 1 hour Mat Pilates class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. You will be guided through a series of exercises designed to tone your core muscles and improve your posture. Mat Pilates is for all bodies, all experience levels. You are required to bring your own pilates/yoga mat, otherwise all equipment is provided. Class is located at Anytime Fitness West Park.

How it Works

All class dates, times and details are announced on the Facebook group “Fort Sask Fitness Group Classes” monthly. Classes take place in the private home studio of FSF or at Anytime Fitness West Park, both in Fort Saskatchewan. You can choose any amount of classes to participate in per month, there is no minimum or maximum. Once dates are announced, you choose what works for you!
