Power Hour
Power Hour is a bootcamp style, circuit training class. A variety of weighted exercises paired with cardio endurance, agility, body weight exercises and core will get you sweatin! Suitable for ALL fitness experience levels, from a beginner that's never stepped foot in a gym to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Each station (excluding the core) is a single participant station so the only competition is with yourself! A 10 minute warm up will be held prior to the start time, followed by one full hour of class. No weekly limit, you can book as many times as you'd like.

WARRIOR weight lifting
Have you ever bench pressed? Done a pull up? Maybe you've never squated in a cage or tried deadlifting. Those movements can be very intimidating if you don’t know what you’re doing, so this is where you learn how. In WWL you will learn tons of new weighted exercises. Each class will focus on 1-2 muscle groups, learning the technique and form of the exercise and how to set it up and take it down so when you do it at the gym, you'll have the full confidence to do so. WWL is single station exercises, meaning, when you are performing an exercise, you are the only one doing it while everyone else is also at their own stations doing other exercises. No experience needed, suitable for all fitness levels, women 18+. A 10 minute warm up will be held prior to the start time followed by one full hour of class. I recommend only attending this class once per calendar week. *Participants must be injury free**

BEYOND THE BUMP BOOTCAMP

Beyond the Bump Bootcamp is a 6 week, 60 minute class for Moms and their little ones. Focused on a full body workout, building the strength and endurance needed to keep up with Mom life. The intensity of the class is adjustable per participant and caters to ALL fitness experience levels. Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. Babies must be pre-crawling stage. Classes run Thursday mornings, please see dates and time options above. Baby bouncing chairs are provided. A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon booking, remaining balance is due on the first day of class.

Mat Pilates
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this 1 hour Mat Pilates class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. You will be guided through a series of exercises designed to tone your core muscles and improve your posture. Mat Pilates is for all bodies, all experience levels. You are required to bring your own yoga mat, otherwise all equipment is provided.

LAMONT Mat Pilates
These classes take place at the Meeting Room in Lamont, Alberta (4848 49 Street - Lamont) Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this 1 hour Mat Pilates class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. You will be guided through a series of exercises designed to tone your core muscles and improve your posture. Mat Pilates is for all bodies, all experience levels, ages 16+. How it Works
All class dates, times and details are announced on the Facebook group “Fort Sask Fitness Group Classes” monthly (Excluding Beyond the Bump which is a pre registered class). Classes take place in the private home studio of FSF on Cranberry Bend in West Park, Fort Saskatchewan. You can choose any amount of classes to participate in per month, there is no minimum or maximum. Once dates are announced, you choose what works for you!
